Founded in Philadelphia in 1980, Rodger LaPelle Galleries is widely recognized as one of Philadaelphia’s established contemporary art spaces. LaPelle, apart from being a strong secondary market, houses pieces by critically acclaimed artists, including David Lynch, Sidney Goodman, among others, while also supporting and nurturing the talents of emerging artists. The gallery is located in the heart of Old City Philadelphia and has been an integral part of launching many artists' careers.We host 2000 square feet of gallery space with 14 foot ceilings. Included is a large middle gallery for showcasing monthly exhibits, a smaller entrance gallery, and a rear gallery displaying work from all of our artists throughout the year.
